2. CHOOSE a SUBDIVISION, MODEL HOUSE and BLOCK and LOT
Before the Tripping it is Better to know where Subdivision and Model House that you are going to avail, know your preference first like Location, Budget on Down payment, Budget on Monthly Amortization, Type of House (Single, Duplex, Townhouse or Rowhouse), How many sqm in terms of Floor Area and Lot Area.
3. MAKE A RESERVATION
Pay the reservation Fee for your Preferred House and Lot at the office of the developer and submit 2 valid IDs both spouses and attorney-in-fact if any.
4. PAY THE DOWNPAYMENT AFTER 30 DAYS of the RESERVATION DATE EASILY AT 0% INTEREST
Pay the down payment in full after 30 days to avail a discount or easily pay it in an installment basis 0% (usually 6 to 24 months to pay 0%, it depends on the subdivision that you will choose.)
Pay the down payment monthly through our sales office, bank to bank, or post dated checks.
Paying the full down payment within 30 days is subject to a 5% discount.
5. PASS THE REQUIREMENTS for HOUSING LOAN
Submit the documents in the developer or thru your agent within 30 to 60 days, you can email it to us, and we will be the one to print.
6. Processing of loan thru BANK, PAG-IBIG or IN HOUSE FINANCING BEGINS after paying the down payment.
For your convenience, we will process the housing loan application for you, you will just need to submit required documents for processing.
7. INSPECTION of HOUSE
You will be given a chance to check the condition of your house with our Engineers or After Sales Department.
8. And FINALLY. HOUSE TURN OVER
